Our surveyors are not anonymous consultants. Each has an established career, a published career history and a track record of advising on significant transactions across the public and private sectors.
Denis started his professional career as a management trainee with Bovis. A position in the land department sealed his ambition to become an expert in site acquisition for residential development.
He is qualified as a property lawyer and has a keen interest in land law matters and solving issues.
Denis experience is demonstrated in his book Projects in property. The Business of residential property development.
His interest is supporting young developers and giving presentations on Property development to aspiring property investors.
denis@thepropertysurveyor.ukNiral has a wide experience having worked with Arup, Hammersmith and Fulham Council as well as SHW LLP. He is currently a consultant to Kent County Council. Niral has advised on significant development schemes and undertaken all kinds of valuations.
He has acted as LPA receiver on behalf of a National Building Society.
In his spare time Niral is a Governor of Croydon college and undertakes charity work. He is also known to play a little golf.
niral@thepropertysurveyor.ukGary is our Development surveyor. He started his career with Dyer Son and Creasey Chartered Surveyors and Levens in Bromley. He was Land Director at a number of developers, including Sevenoaks-based DBS.
His skills include advising clients on development potential and on site acquisition.
Gary is a great family man with a great family though we have lost count of his current number of grandchildren.
